Notes:
- Each player from a team needs to register individually and list your team name in the allotted mandatory field.
- The Guelph Games will follow the USA Ultimate, 12th edition, Rules USA. There will be 16 players allowed per team. For regular play games will be 70 minutes in length and the finals will be 90 minutes in length.
- The tournament will be using WFDA rule A for gender ratio
